THE WORKING VIEW

Why this one earns its place

Winterhalter F300 is built for kitchens where a normal detergent cycle isn’t shifting the mess – dried-on coffee and tea staining, general food and beverage discolouration, and lightly dried-on food residue that’s had time to set. It’s a liquid, alkaline detergent with active chlorine bleaching power specifically to deal with that level of staining, rather than routine daily soiling.

Alongside the bleaching action against stains, it dissolves grease and proteins directly, which covers the two most common causes of a dishwasher load coming out looking clean but not actually being properly degreased. It’s rated across a wide material range – glass, porcelain, plastic, stainless steel, aluminium and cutlery – which is notably broader than some detergents in the range that exclude aluminium; the one exclusion here is silver, which it’s explicitly not suitable for.

It’s a highly concentrated formula delivering excellent cleaning performance, efficient grease and protein removal and an excellent bleaching effect, all in one product rather than needing a separate stain-treatment step. It comes as an unperfumed, grey liquid in a 9.7 litre pack. As an active-chlorine, corrosive concentrate, it’s supplied under hazardous goods delivery rules and arrives non-returnable, so it’s worth confirming the material range suits your load before ordering.
