Positive or negative monoblock — how do I know which I need?
Positive monoblocks are for chilled cold rooms holding fresh produce, dairy and prepped food at 0 to +5°C, while negative monoblocks are for frozen storage rooms holding stock at -18 to -22°C — the two aren’t interchangeable due to different compressor and evaporator specifications.
