Why this detergent earns its place
A concentrated detergent for commercial dishwashers, built to deliver deep-cleaning results in one cycle rather than needing a second pass to shift stubborn dirt and grime.
It's engineered to perform in both hard and soft water conditions, so it doesn't need retuning if your site's water supply changes, and the enhanced formula leaves a noticeable shine across crockery, cutlery and stainless steel cookware rather than a dull, hazy finish. It also helps remove bacteria and mould from tableware as part of the wash cycle, adding a hygiene benefit on top of the visible clean.
It's classified as corrosive in concentrate form, so handle and dilute per the safety data sheet, and it's for professional use only. Dilution runs at 1:300 for light soiling, dropping to 1:500 for glassware, so the same container covers both everyday crockery and more delicate items at the appropriate strength.
COSHH: six habits of safe chemical use
Control of Substances Hazardous to Health — the routine every commercial kitchen and cleaning cupboard is expected to run.

SDS
Read the label and the manufacturer’s safety data sheet — the pictograms tell you what you are holding.

Who could be harmed, and how badly? Judge likelihood against severity before anyone opens the cap.

Eliminate or substitute first, engineer and organise next — PPE is the last line, never the first.

Keep the controls working: check ventilation, dosing equipment and storage stay as they should be.

Everyone who uses it knows the hazards, the correct dilution and the PPE — before the first shift, not after.

Products and processes change. Reassess when they do, and keep the record that proves it.
