Why this lid earns its place

HY033 is the yellow cans-and-bottles recycling lid for Rubbermaid Slim Jim waste stations. The colour coding gives staff, customers and pupils a clear visual cue before anything is dropped into the bin, helping sites keep bottles and cans separate from general waste.

Built in polypropylene to fit both 60-litre and 87-litre Slim Jim bin bodies, the rectangular lid measures 287mm wide by 518mm deep and 71mm high, with a 0.37kg gross weight. That makes it a lightweight replacement or add-on part for existing Slim Jim stations rather than a complete bin body.

Use the yellow lid consistently wherever cans and bottles are collected so the stream stays obvious across back-of-house, front-of-house and shared areas. Order it against the Slim Jim bin body already on site and keep other waste streams on their own lids.
