Why this hot cupboard earns its place
The Falcon FC3-T is a compact hot cupboard servery for a catering operation that needs to hold cooked food at temperature but doesn't need the footprint of a 4-station unit. Three glass hot tops sit on the gantry, each holding a 1/1 GN container, so you can keep hot proteins, vegetables and sauces separate and visible. Transfer food straight from your cooking equipment into the GN pans — no need to decant into smaller containers. The overhead lamps warm the tops and light the food, keeping temperature even and making it look good to the customer.
Underneath is a fan-assisted hot cupboard that holds 6 x 1/1 GN containers as backup stock. The fan pushes warm air across the whole chamber, so heat is even throughout. A full-width fold-up tray slide is supplied — it pulls out when you need somewhere to rest plates while you're plating or resting dishes, then folds back up to keep the line tidy. Both the tops and the hot cupboard are independently controlled, so you can run just the tops during service, or heat both chambers if you're holding a full load.
The unit comes on castors (two of them braked), so it's easy to position on the line. The full-height glass sneeze guard protects the food and looks professional. Stainless steel and glass throughout, 1330 mm high, built for daily service use. Power is a standard 13A plug with a 2.5 m coiled cable.
