Why this hot cupboard earns its place
The INOMAK HCPW-SHG19 is the widest in the single-gantry range: 1900 mm of heated storage across a 1332 mm profile. The cabinet is built from high-grade AISI 304 stainless steel, inside and out, with a single perforated shelf and double-wall doors insulated with pressurized polyurethane foam. It's designed for kitchens that need serious plate-holding capacity without going to a double-gantry model.
The single halogen gantry runs the full 1900 mm width with six lamps—the most in the single-gantry range. Fan-assisted heating cycles via thermostat to maintain up to 72°C. The six-lamp setup means you're getting genuine coverage across the wide span: no cold zones at the edges, just even warmth from end to end. The pressurized foam insulation keeps that heat inside, so the cabinet isn't fighting the room temperature.
This is the width for places where holding capacity matters more than footprint height. A busy pub carvery that plates fifty covers in thirty minutes and needs all of them kept hot. A hotel where the pass runs a long wall and you need a single wide warming station rather than multiple narrow units. A high-volume catering kitchen or event venue where the plating station is the bottleneck. The single gantry with six lamps handles wide plates and large quantities without the complexity of dual-gantry control.
