Why this hot cupboard earns its place
The HCPW-DHG19 is the big sibling in the double-gantry range. At 1900mm wide and 1632mm tall, it's built for kitchens where the pass is the heartbeat of the operation. Twelve halogen lamps (6 per gantry box) mounted above create a commanding presence and consistent heat across the full width — 300mm more than the DHG16, which translates to serious extra capacity for high-volume services.
Like all INOMAK's heated cupboards, the DHG19 pairs a thermostat-controlled base cupboard with the independent halogen gantry above. One fixed perforated shelf sits in the cupboard where plates sit safely while circulating warm air keeps them at a steady temperature. Double-walled doors insulated with pressurized polyurethane foam mean the cupboard exterior stays safe to touch, and AISI 304 stainless steel on both sides won't rust or stain after thousands of services.
The 12-lamp gantry gives you options: run both systems together for maximum heat and visibility, or switch to gantry-only mode during slower periods. The thermostat controls temperature up to a maximum of 72°C — hot enough to maintain food safety and presentation without risk of over-cooking or drying. This is a pass-line workhorse for carveries, hotel banqueting suites, and large catering operations where hundreds of plates move through the line every service.
