Why this hot cupboard earns its place
The HCPW-SHG11 is purpose-built for the kitchen that needs to hold plates warm and food hot whilst service is running. The halogen heating box (three lamps) is the workhorse — it heats fast and maintains even warmth, and the fan-assisted circulation means no cold spots on the shelf. Halogen heats straight and true, so the thermostat does the work: you set 72 °C maximum and walk away. The temperature stays locked.
AISI 304 stainless steel (high-grade, not commercial) means this will handle years of hot-holding without corrosion. The double-wall doors are insulated with pressurized polyurethane foam — they stay cool to the touch even when the box inside is at working temperature. That matters for staff safety in a busy kitchen. The single perforated shelf lets steam circulate so food doesn't sit in moisture and spoil.
At 1100 mm wide, it fits standard kitchen pass-throughs. Adjustable legs level it on uneven floors, and the robust construction means it'll anchor to the pass without shifting. This isn't for display — it's for the serious work of keeping 80 to 100 warm plates and their food service-ready through a full sitting. The thermostat is reliable, the halogen heating is proven, and the build will outlast cheaper competitors.
