Why this hot cupboard earns its place
The INOMAK HCPW-DHG14 brings both storage and heated display together—a hot cupboard with a double heated gantry overhead. The cabinet sits on adjustable legs, built from high-grade AISI 304 stainless steel inside and out, with a single perforated shelf for flexible loading. The double-wall doors are insulated with pressurized polyurethane foam, keeping the heat where you need it.
Two separate halogen heated boxes hang above, each fitted with three lamps (six overall), so you've got real heating coverage across the full 1400 mm width. Both zones run off a single thermostat, so you dial in one temperature—up to 72°C—and the fan-assisted heating holds it. The robust construction and quality stainless steel mean it's built to take a shift in a busy kitchen without complaint.
This is the unit for kitchens running high-volume service: carveries keeping plates hot while the pass fills, banqueting operations warming up courses mid-service, or schools plating up lunch for a rush. The heated gantry means you're not just storing plates—you're displaying them warm and ready. The thermostatic control keeps everything consistent without micromanaging, and the double-wall insulation means steady temperatures even when doors are opening and closing.
