Why this hot cupboard earns its place
The INOMAK HCPW-SHG16 trades the double-gantry setup for width and a lower profile. At 1600 mm wide and 1332 mm tall, it slides into pass areas where standard hot cupboards wouldn't fit—longer but less vertical footprint. The cabinet itself is the same high-grade AISI 304 stainless steel, inside and out, with a single perforated shelf for flexible loading and double-wall doors insulated with pressurized polyurethane foam.
The single halogen gantry sits across the top with five lamps—enough heat to supplement storage rather than drive service by itself. Thermostat control keeps everything at up to 72°C, and fan-assisted heating ensures the warmth spreads evenly across the 1600 mm width without creating hot spots. Adjustable legs handle uneven kitchen floors, and the robust construction is built for busy service life.
This is the shape for kitchens that need wider rather than taller. A busy fish and chip shop that wants every inch of counter space filled with plates, warming under the gantry. A bakery café where the front counter runs the full wall and you need continuous plate warming. A catering kitchen that wants storage depth without eating ceiling height. The single gantry gives genuine heat, not just light.
