Why this gas range earns its place
The Falcon Chieftain Single Bullseye puts serious heat in a compact footprint: the bullseye hob reaches +520°C, giving you the thermal intensity for rapid searing, shallow-frying and high-temperature plating prep in quick succession. The 150mm plating area stays accessible and uncluttered, letting you work at pace without fighting a cramped stovetop. The cavity oven reaches +275°C and holds GN 2/1 double capacity, independent of hob demand—whilst you're plating on the hob, the oven can roast, bake or hold service loads.
At 900mm wide, this range is a practical size for kitchens where floor space matters: the footprint of a standard equipment bay, with castors that make repositioning during setup or renovation straightforward. The reinforced drop-down door on the cavity seals heat and resists the daily slam of service, whilst the stainless steel finish keeps clean under normal spillage and degreaser wipe.
Propane-rated at 19.5 kW, this range sits in the sweet spot between hob intensity and modest BTU draw—no oversized regulator or specialist pipe sizing needed. The single bullseye means you're not juggling multiple burners, so the flame and plating space stay fully focused where you need them. Two-year commercial parts-and-labour warranty comes standard, with a further year available on parts.
