Why this gas range earns its place
The Falcon Chieftain Twin Bullseye is built for kitchens where the hob and oven work in tandem—plating at pace while batch service bakes in the cavity. Twin bullseye burners reach +520°C, giving you the heat density for searing, shallow-frying and high-temperature prep in rapid succession, with a 150mm plating area that stays accessible even under load. The cavity oven holds GN 2/1 double capacity and reaches +275°C, letting you roast, bake and hold service without the back-of-house gridlock.
At 900mm wide, this range fits standard catering bank layout without demanding floor space—the castors mean you can reposition it during setup or renovation without requiring a second team. The stainless steel build is purpose-built: the reinforced drop-down door seals heat in the cavity and resists the daily slam of a working kitchen, while the finish stays clean under the usual spillage and spray.
Rated at 21 kW on propane, the range balances heat output with real-world pipe and regulator sizing. The single oven cavity and twin hob mean you're not juggling competing heat loads—everything pulls at reasonable pressure. Two-year commercial parts-and-labour warranty comes standard; a further year is available on parts.
