The OE8015 is a powerful electric solid top range with a cast iron plate and a gradated heat system. The manufacturer says the central areas are ideal for rapid boiling, while the outer areas are suited to simmering, so it gives chefs clear control across the cooking surface.
Below the top, the fan-assisted electric oven delivers uniform heat and consistent cooking results across the interior. It can easily accommodate 6 x GN1/1, which gives the range the capacity needed for busy commercial service.
