Why this electric range earns its place
Making the move from gas to electric cooking without losing performance isn't simple — but the Falcon Dominator Plus was engineered specifically for that challenge. This is a full-sized oven range built for kitchens where familiar cooking technique matters and downtime isn't an option.
The cooktop is the workhorse. Six 230 mm square zones sit under round 2.3 kW heating elements — the kind that heat up fast, which means less time waiting and more time cooking when service is moving. The ceramic glass surface isn't just durable; it's designed with a warning light that illuminates when hot and stays on until the glass has cooled enough to touch safely. It's a detail that matters in a busy kitchen where hand movements are automatic and visibility of hazards isn't guaranteed. The glass surface itself maximises contact between pan and heat, so cooking times stay predictable and results stay consistent.
Below, the oven is where volume happens. It's a 2/1 GN capacity — that's a double Gastronorm depth — with a fan-assisted chamber that works hard to maintain even temperature from top shelf to bottom. Five shelf positions and two shelves supplied as standard means you can configure it around your service. Temperature range runs 100–250°C, which covers everything from slow holding to high-speed roasting. The vitreous enamelled chamber is built to last; the full-width removable drip tray means cleaning isn't a task you dread. Glass panels in the oven door let you check progress without opening and losing heat — a small detail that compounds through a service shift.
