Why this electric range earns its place
The Falcon Dominator Plus E3101 4-plate model splits the difference between a compact setup and genuine multi-tasking. Two cast iron rectangular hotplates and two circular ones give you flexibility: the flat surfaces suit griddle work, pancakes, or pressing burgers; the circular plates handle stockpots, sauce pans, and the fast boil. Running them all at once is where you cook service—while one team member plate-finishes on the rectangular surface, another keeps the sauces moving on the circles.
The oven cavity sits below, taking a full 2/1 GN tray and heating through the full range from 100 to 250°C. Five shelf positions let you manage a batch roast in one tray and hold finished plated food in another, or run two completely different services in parallel. It comes with two shelves fitted; the rest nest out of the way until you need them. Stainless steel throughout means it stands up to the soak-and-scrub routine at close, and the controls are dead simple—no circuit boards, just thermostatic management.
At 890 mm wide and 900 mm deep, it's a sensible footprint for a midsize kitchen. The 400V 3-phase supply is a fixed requirement, so plan your electrical layout early. At 155 kg, two people can move it if needed.
