This high performance electric oven range from Falcon is built to be flexible, versatile and reliable in a working kitchen. It measures 900 mm wide, 845 mm deep and 890 mm high, weighs 157 kg gross and is finished in stainless steel.
The cooking setup combines three large heavy-duty cast iron hotplates with a 2/1 Gastronorm compatible fan-assisted oven. The oven chamber is 430 x 700 x 535 mm internally and the dossier lists a capacity of 5x 2/1 GN, so it is set up for proper service work rather than a lightweight domestic-style duty.
Twin oven doors with individual catches help retain heat in the oven chamber, while the full width removable drip tray catches spills and helps keep the vitreous enamel oven chamber clean. The unit runs on 400V 3 phase, has a rated input of 16,200 W and carries an electrical safety notice.
