Why this electric range earns its place
The Falcon F900 E9184 combines a serious cooking suite and oven in one freestanding unit. Four independent cast-iron hotplates—each 300 mm square with six heat positions—give you granular control over simmering, fast boil and plate finishing. The deep wells trap spillage; the wide raised corners shed grease without trapping grime, cutting cleaning time in half.
The oven cavity is built around a 2/1 gastronorm pan—the industry standard for batch work. Five shelf positions take two metal shelves as standard, and the metal-to-metal door seal locks heat in the chamber; you run cooler exterior, better energy, faster recovery. The unit steps up to 22.3 kW total, so if you're running a busy kitchen line—frying, sautéing, simmering, baking all at once—this machine has the headroom.
Build quality marks it out: 304 culinary-grade stainless steel, 2 mm thick, laser-cut edges that meet adjacent equipment with zero gaps via the Dynamic Link System. The whole unit sits on adjustable castors for repositioning, and it's IPX5 rated—spray it down at the end of service. At 900 × 800 × 900 mm (134 kg), it's designed for the real kitchen, not the showroom.
