Why this electric range earns its place
The OE8010 gives a kitchen a proper electric range in a 600 mm-wide footprint, with four heavy-duty cast iron high speed square hot plates above a fan-assisted oven. It is part of Lincat's Opus range, runs on 400V three-phase power and is listed at 925 × 600 × 800 mm with a gross weight of 96 kg.
Inside the oven, the fan-assisted design is there to deliver uniform heat and consistent cooking results across the interior. The specification says it can easily accommodate 3 x GN1/1, so it is aimed at service kitchens that want an oven section with real batch capacity rather than a token undercounter compartment.
The temperature range is listed at +130 to +265 °C, giving the OE8010 a usable spread for everyday cooking tasks. With stainless steel construction, a silver finish and a 2-year parts and labour warranty, it is a clear, practical choice for a kitchen that wants electric heat on top and in the oven without overcomplicating the install.
