Why this electric range earns its place
The Falcon Dominator Plus E3101 OTC 4HP splits the difference between focused cooking and full-line flexibility. Two rectangular hotplates give you space for large pans and griddle work, while two "fast" circular hotplates keep smaller volumes boiling and simmering. Four independent zones mean you're genuinely multitasking—you can sear on a rectangle, keep stock simmering on a circle, and still have two more stations ready.
The fan-assisted 2/1 GN oven is the hero: large enough to roast whole trays or batch-hold plated dishes at 100–250°C, with five shelf positions and glass door panels so you can see inside without losing temperature. The vitreous enamelled chamber and removable drip tray mean end-of-service cleanup isn't drudgery. Heat circulates evenly thanks to the fan, so everything cooks predictably.
At 900 mm wide and 159 kg, this is properly sized for restaurants and hotels running mixed covers: serious output without dominating a tight kitchen. Three-phase 400V supply keeps everything running smooth and responsive. It's the range for kitchens that need real stovetop action and real oven work, happening at the same time.
