Why this convection oven earns its place
The Mono Eco is a modern workhorse for high-volume baking and roasting. Unlike the heavier Classic range it replaces, the Eco delivers contemporary build quality in stainless steel, with a 7-inch high-definition colour touchscreen interface that stores up to 100 cooking programmes — take a successful Sunday roast, a batch of croissants, or a catering-sized batch of pizzas, programme it once, and repeat it perfectly. The right-hand hinged door suits kitchens where wall mounting or prep benches demand outward swing to the right; left-hand versions are available separately.
The heart of the Eco is precision convection heating. Air circulates evenly around 4–5 standard GN trays, cutting hot and cold spots common in older static ovens. Temperature and humidity are controlled through the touchscreen's graphical interface — Temperature, Time, Steam, and Damper symbols guide users through settings without need for a manual. This is cooking made legible.
Energy consumption matters in a kitchen that runs long hours. The Mono Eco includes LED in-door lighting, Sleep Mode that returns the oven to standby temperature between services to cut power draw, and an auto-shutdown that prevents accidental wastage if the team forgets to switch it off at the end of service. The full-length toughened glass door lets you see into the oven without opening it, preserving heat and moisture. The two-stage door handle is both a safety feature and a detail that signals professional build.
