Why this convection oven earns its place
The Mono Eco is a modern convection oven built to replace the heavier Classic range and suits kitchens where the left-hand hinged door opens to the left — essential if your prep bench, wall, or workflow demands that swing direction. Left and right hinge options mean the Eco adapts to your kitchen layout, not the other way around.
Convection heating is the core strength. Forced air circulation around 4–5 standard GN trays eliminates the hot spots and cold zones that plague static ovens. The 7-inch HD touchscreen stores up to 100 cooking profiles, each with graphically controlled settings for Temperature, Time, Steam, and Damper — programme a signature roast once, and every batch comes out identical. The intuitive grid layout means new kitchen staff can operate it confidently without hunting a manual.
Energy costs cut sharply with the Eco's design. LED in-door lighting uses minimal power, Sleep Mode drops the oven to standby temperature between services to reduce idle consumption, and auto-shutdown prevents accidental all-night running. The full-length toughened glass door lets you check progress without heat loss. Built entirely in stainless steel and measuring 570 × 1000 × 890 mm at 110 kg, the Eco is robust enough for all-day use yet light enough to move if your kitchen evolves. The two-stage door handle is both functional and a mark of professional engineering.
