Why this convection oven earns its place
The Blue Seal E56S DX745 is a 6 plate convection oven range for kitchens that need a flexible cooking station in one footprint. It brings six hob plates on top and a high-capacity convection oven in the base, so the same unit can support hob work and oven work through service.
The hob section uses simple dial temperature controls and each element delivers up to 2.6kW of power. The plates are generously sized, so they can accommodate most pots and pans for frying, boiling, simmering and sautéing.
The oven base is 2/1GN compatible and combines a 4.5kW bottom element with a 2kW top element. A 100W fan helps reduce cooking times, which is useful when the pace picks up and throughput matters.
