Why this triple door saladette fridge earns its place
The SS7300 is a triple-door refrigerated prep counter that pairs a Gastronorm-ready prep surface with a large chilled cabinet beneath, keeping salad, garnish and prepped ingredients cold right where the line assembles them. Gross volume is 429 litres and net usable volume is 407 litres across three wire shelves, reached through three hinged, self-closing doors.
It holds a working band of +2 to +10 °C with ventilated cooling for an even temperature across the cabinet, automatic off-cycle defrost and an electronic controller running the cycle unattended. Running noise is a low 42 dB. Rated energy use is 1022 kWh a year — about £256 a year at 25p/kWh.
The cabinet measures 1795 × 700 × 1050 mm externally with 1337 × 530 × 589 mm of internal space, so check doorways and the run to the final position before delivery. Construction is stainless steel inside and out. It runs from a standard 13 A, 220–240 V supply drawing 300 W, using R290 refrigerant with a 95 g charge, and weighs 173 kg gross.
