Why this triple door saladette fridge earns its place
The INFRICO ME1003EN is a triple-door refrigerated counter finished with a raised collar, built for kitchens whose cold-prep needs outgrow a two-door saladette. At 1460 x 700 x 1061 mm (W×D×H) it holds 355 litres gross across three doors, each fitted with a GN1/1 shelf and three pairs of tray slides, with the raised collar on top accepting eight GN1/4 gastronorm containers — supplied separately — for a wide spread of toppings within reach.
Cooling is ventilated and defrost automatic, run through a digital controller with a temperature display, so there's no manual defrost cycle to plan around service. Annual consumption runs to 565 kWh. Climate Class 4 rates it for a normal working kitchen environment, and it runs on R290, a natural hydrocarbon refrigerant with negligible global warming potential.
Build is high-grade AISI 304 stainless steel, exterior and interior, with rounded internal corners for cleaning to HACCP standard. All three doors carry a replaceable gasket, and a glass door option with LED lighting is available. Gross weight is 161 kg, and it runs from a standard 13A single-phase supply.
