Why this triple door saladette fridge earns its place
The Saladette 3 Doors is a refrigerated prep counter built for the back line of a busy kitchen. Built in stainless steel 18/8, it gives you a chilled worktop for assembling salads, sandwiches and cold dishes, with three refrigerated doors underneath for keeping 392 litres of components stocked and to hand through service. At 1365mm wide and 970mm tall, it commands the line but carries genuine capacity.
Day to day it holds prepared ingredients at +2 to +8°C — the standard chilled band — so garnishes, dressings and dairy stay food-safe between rushes. It uses automatic defrost and static cooling with fan circulation, so the cabinet holds temperature consistently. Splitting the storage across three doors lets a team organise stock by station and open only the section they need, which helps the counter hold temperature under a busy pass rather than warming up when multiple people open one large door.
It installs as a freestanding counter in the kitchen line and runs from a mains supply at 0.34 kW. At 140 kg and with three full-height doors, it needs proper planning for delivery and final siting — check the external dimensions against your available run and doorway width before it arrives. Once in place, it runs quietly at 48 dB(A).
