Why this triple door saladette fridge earns its place
The INOMAK ZQFP999 is the triple-door, higher-capacity version of INOMAK's display-case saladette — a full illuminated display sitting above the refrigerated counter rather than a low topping collar, built for showing prepared food to customers while keeping working stock chilled below. At 1810 × 700 × 1315mm (W×D×H) it's a substantial counter, giving three doors of storage and a long run of lit display space in one unit.
Gross capacity is 421 litres across three doors, each fitted with one GN 1/1 shelf and accepting gastronorm containers to a maximum depth of 150mm (not supplied). Cooling is forced-air ventilated with automatic defrost and automatic evaporation of condensate water as standard. It's built to Climate Class 4, holding its set temperature at ambients up to +32°C, and draws a 13-amp supply with annual consumption rated at 485 kWh — the extra display length over the double-door ZQFP99 accounts for the small step up in running cost. An evaporator with corrosion protection is fitted as standard, given the door-opening frequency a display counter sees through service.
Build is AISI 304 stainless steel exterior and interior including the back, with rounded internal corners for proper clean-down. All three doors self-close at 90° on a removable, replaceable magnetic gasket, and the display case has internal illumination built in. Legs are adjustable to level it on the shop floor, and clip-on interior guides let the racking pull out fast for cleaning. At 186kg it's a heavy, permanent counter fixture rather than something moved around a kitchen regularly, run day to day off an embedded digital controller with temperature display.
