Why this triple door saladette fridge earns its place
The BLIZZARD BSP3 is a compact triple-door refrigerated saladette. It combines a chilled prep top with cold storage below, holding salad, garnish and prepped ingredients at the point of assembly so a busy line keeps its stock cold and to hand without walking to the walk-in.
Defrost is automatic, so the unit manages its own evaporator without staff stopping mid-service to clear it. It runs at a measured 42 dB, quiet enough for an open prep area, and carries climate class 4, meaning it holds temperature in the warm, humid ambient a working kitchen generates rather than losing ground once the section gets busy.
At 1368 mm wide, 700 mm deep and 877 mm high, its lower height suits a prep-top working format, and its 103 kg gross weight keeps handling and siting straightforward — still, check the delivery route and a level position first. Cooling uses R290, a low-GWP natural hydrocarbon refrigerant now standard across commercial refrigeration.
