Why this triple door saladette fridge earns its place
The Refrigerated Saladette 3 Doors is a prep counter for kitchens that build cold dishes to order. It pairs a chilled worktop for assembly with three refrigerated doors below, so prepared stock stays cold and ready without a trip to the walk-in mid-service. At 1370mm wide and 870mm tall, it fits a standard kitchen run while holding 368 litres of chilled stock.
Through the day it holds salads, dressings, dairy and garnishes at chilled storage temperatures between +2 and +8°C, keeping them food-safe between rushes. Splitting the storage across three doors lets a team organise stock by station and open only the section they need, which helps the counter hold temperature under a busy pass. The stainless steel 18/8 build with 60mm insulation keeps the cold in, and automatic defrost means no manual thawing mid-shift.
It installs as a freestanding counter in the kitchen line and runs from a standard 230V mains supply at just 0.34 kW, so it's efficient to run through a long service. Check the dimensions and doorway access before delivery — at 125kg it's heavy enough to need a level spot, but light enough to move as one unit if the kitchen layout changes.
