Why this triple door saladette fridge earns its place
This is a three-door saladette prep counter — a refrigerated base cabinet with a 4 x 1/1 GN topping well across the top. In a working kitchen it is the assembly station: toppings and fillings sit chilled and to hand in the pans while bulk stock and backups are held in the 474 litre refrigerated cabinet below. It is built for make-lines, from salads and sandwiches to pizza toppings, where speed depends on keeping ingredients at the point of assembly.
The well and cabinet are specified for chilled storage, not freezing, with a -2 to +8 °C temperature range. Ventilated R290 cooling and automatic defrost keep the unit practical through service, while 50 mm insulation and a 43 °C maximum ambient rating help it cope with hot kitchen conditions. The three-door base lets staff split backup stock by ingredient type or station.
The cabinet is stainless steel AISI 304, so it is suited to daily wipe-downs around fresh ingredients, sauces and toppings. It measures 1865 mm wide, 700 mm deep and 850 mm high, with a 180 kg gross weight and a listed 40 dB(A) noise level. Plan the delivery route, leave room for the doors and airflow, and check the 4 x 1/1 GN format against the pan layout you want to run.
