Why this triple door saladette fridge earns its place
The 7950.5055 is a refrigerated saladette built for assembly work. A chilled well across the top takes four 1/1 Gastronorm containers of prepared toppings, salads and garnishes, while three refrigerated doors below hold back-up stock in 368 litres of chilled space, putting a prep station and its cold store in one counter. The unit is stainless steel 18/8 with 35mm insulation and automatic defrost, holding +2 to +8 °C with a fan-assisted cooling system.
In daily service, the well keeps opened ingredients within arm's reach and cold between covers, and the cabinet beneath handles reserves for restocking without a trip to the walk-in. The worktop gives a working surface for plating and assembly directly at the pass. At 1365mm wide and 876mm tall, it's a full-length counter that commands the pass but can still go through a standard doorway at 113kg.
It stands as a self-contained floor unit on 230V at 0.24kW, so power and running costs are modest for the capacity and door access. Plan the run of counter and the doorway it has to pass through on delivery. Dimensions, capacity and electrical requirements are on the specification table below, and our team can advise on siting and servicing.
