Why this triple door saladette fridge earns its place
The 7950.5060 is a three-door saladette for salad, sandwich and cold-prep lines. At 1365mm wide and 700mm deep with 392 litres of total chilled capacity, a refrigerated base cabinet on three doors holds bulk stock, while a top section takes eight 1/6 GN containers for the ingredients in active use.
Staff build to order straight from the GN pans on top and pull backups from the cabinet below, all from one bench, with temperatures held at +2 to +8°C using static cooling and automatic defrost. Three doors let a team divide stock by product or shift and keep prep organised through service. Built in stainless steel 18/8 with 35mm insulation, it runs efficiently at 0.24 kW and uses environment-friendly R290 refrigerant.
