Why this triple door saladette fridge earns its place
This is a refrigerated saladette built for assembly work — salads, sandwiches, pizza toppings and garnishes. Chilled gastronorm pans sit in the top well for direct access, with three door sections of cold storage beneath — 368 litres gross capacity — for back-up stock. The unit spans 1.37 m wide and 700 mm deep, fitting naturally into a prep run.
The glass cover keeps the pan ingredients protected and chilled at 2–8 °C between orders, while the counter and undercounter doors hold prepped components and refills. Everything is held at chilled storage temperature so open ingredients keep through service. Built in stainless steel 18/8 with fan-assisted cooling and a digital controller, it holds temperature reliably through a shift.
It is designed as part of a prep run alongside other counters and stands 850 mm high. At 110 kg, it needs solid siting and a clearance plan. Check the delivery route and doorway access against the external dimensions, level the unit on site, and leave clearance around the rear and sides for airflow and servicing.
