Why this triple door saladette fridge earns its place
The INFRICO ME1003II is a triple-door refrigerated counter finished with a flat top and 100 mm coved upstand rather than a gastronorm well — a wide, splash-guarded worktop for kitchens that want a longer run of chilled storage and a clean prep surface without a built-in topping well. At 1460 x 700 x 995 mm (W×D×H) it holds 355 litres gross across three doors, each fitted with a GN1/1 shelf and three pairs of tray slides, giving flexible storage across a substantial run of worktop.
Cooling is ventilated and defrost automatic, run through a digital controller with a temperature display. Annual consumption runs to 565 kWh. Climate Class 4 rates it for a normal working kitchen environment, and it runs on R290, a natural hydrocarbon refrigerant with negligible global warming potential.
Build is high-grade AISI 304 stainless steel, exterior and interior, with rounded internal corners for cleaning to HACCP standard. The coved upstand at the back of the worktop stops spills running behind the unit, and all three doors carry a replaceable gasket. A glass door option with LED lighting is available. Gross weight is 162 kg, and it runs from a standard 13A single-phase supply.
