The INFRICO ME1003KB is a compact triple-door refrigerated counter with display for prep areas that need chilled storage below and a raised service or presentation format above. Its 1460 × 700 × 1125 mm footprint keeps the unit narrower and shallower than the larger 800 mm-deep counters, while still giving 355 litres of gross chilled volume.
Inside, the cabinet is built from high-grade AISI 304 stainless steel with rounded internal corners for easier cleaning. Each door section is specified with one GN1/1 shelf and three pairs of tray slides, and the model accepts GN13 containers, with gastronorm containers listed separately rather than supplied.
The refrigeration package is specified for +0 to +6 °C, with ventilated cooling, R290 refrigerant, automatic defrost and a digital controller with temperature display. It is rated at 565 W on a 13amp supply, climate class 4 and 151 kg gross weight, so plan the delivery route, counter position and service access before installation.
