Why this triple door saladette fridge earns its place
The BCC3EN is a triple-door refrigerated counter with a raised collar, built to keep chilled stock and prep within reach along a service line. It puts three doors of storage under a single worktop, back-of-house where space is worked hard.
Day to day it runs on automatic defrost, so there is no manual defrost routine to schedule around service. Its climate class 4 rating means it holds temperature in a warm back-of-house ambient, and at 42 dB it stays quiet enough for a kitchen close to the pass. The system uses R290, a low-GWP hydrocarbon refrigerant.
For installation, plan for a footprint of 1368 mm wide by 700 mm deep and 1002 mm high, and a unit weight of 143 kg. Check doorways and the route to the kitchen before delivery so the collar height and depth clear cleanly.
