Why this triple door saladette fridge earns its place
The GSS435 is a triple-door saladette that combines a Gastronorm-ready prep surface with chilled storage below, built for kitchens that prep in volume but need one footprint. Three solid hinged doors open onto three white wire shelves, all in stainless steel inside and out. Gastronorm compatibility means pans move from cold storage to the prep top and back without decanting.
It holds +2 to +10 °C with an electronic controller and automatic off-cycle defrost, clearing frost without a manual routine. Running at 42 dB, it stays quiet on a working line. Drawing 876 kWh a year, running costs come to about £219 a year at 25p/kWh, depending on tariff, ambient temperature and door use.
The unit measures 1365 × 700 × 985 mm externally with a 1295 × 515 × 500 mm interior, offering 348 litres gross and 320 litres net. It ships packed at 1440 × 740 × 1170 mm and weighs 118 kg net — measure doorways and lift routes first. Power is a standard 13 A supply at 175 W, and cooling uses R600a refrigerant with a 110 g charge.
