Why this double door saladette fridge earns its place
The INOMAK ZNF99 is a double hinged-door gastronorm saladette — a refrigerated prep counter with a raised, tempered glass vitrine sitting over the top, designed for the kitchen that's building sandwiches, salads, pizzas or cold starters to order in front of the customer or straight onto a pass. At 1360 × 700 × 870mm (W×D×H), it's sized to sit as a standalone prep station or slot into a run of counter equipment, and its GN 1/1 internal layout takes gastronorm containers directly rather than needing adapters.
Gross capacity is 274 litres, split across two doors each holding a single shelf and together fitting 10 GN 1/4 pans under the vitrine — enough for a genuine multi-topping sandwich or pizza set-up. Cooling is by forced-air circulation with automatic defrost and automatic evaporation of condensate water, so there's no manual tray to empty. It's built to Climate Class 4, rated to hold its temperature at ambients up to +32°C, and runs on R290 refrigerant on a standard 13-amp supply — energy consumption comes in at 440 kWh a year. An epoxy-coated evaporator resists the corrosion that ventilated saladette units are prone to under constant door-opening.
The cabinet is AISI 304 stainless steel outside and in, including the back — a grade built for continuous wipe-down rather than occasional cleaning — with internal corners rounded off to stop dirt collecting in seams. Doors self-close at 90° and seal on a removable magnetic gasket that's replaceable rather than a wear item you eventually live with. GN containers fit to a maximum depth of 150mm (not supplied), and clip-on guides let the internal racking come out fast for a proper clean-down. Legs are height-adjustable to level the unit on an uneven kitchen floor, and the whole thing runs off an embedded digital controller with temperature display for straightforward day-to-day operation.
