Why this double door saladette fridge earns its place
The BLIZZARD BSP2 is a compact double-door refrigerated saladette, built as a chilled prep counter for holding salads, toppings and garnishes at the make line. Two doors give access to the refrigerated base without leaving the prep station.
Day to day it runs on automatic defrost, so there is no manual defrost routine to schedule around service. At 42 dB it is quiet enough for an open, customer-facing counter, and its climate class 4 rating means it holds temperature in warm kitchen ambient conditions.
At 903 × 700 × 877 mm (W×D×H) and 94 kg it is a compact, comparatively light counter that is easier to site in a short run — check the route and final position before delivery. It uses R600a hydrocarbon refrigerant, which runs efficiently at a low global warming potential.
