Why this double door saladette fridge earns its place
The INFRICO ME1000KB is a compact double-door refrigerated counter finished with a raised display top — at 1125 mm overall height it stands taller than the flat-top ME1000II, built to carry a merchandised display surface over chilled below-counter storage. At 978 x 700 mm footprint it holds 230 litres gross across two doors, each fitted with a GN1/1 shelf and three pairs of tray slides. It suits GN1/3 gastronorm containers on top for cold toppings or grab-and-go stock, held ready over the refrigerated cabinet below.
Cooling is ventilated and defrost automatic, run through a digital controller with a temperature display — no manual defrost cycle to plan into service. Climate Class 4 rates it for a normal working kitchen environment, and it runs on R290, a natural hydrocarbon refrigerant with negligible global warming potential.
Build is high-grade AISI 304 stainless steel, exterior and interior, with rounded internal corners for cleaning to HACCP standard. Both doors carry a replaceable gasket, and a glass door option with LED lighting is available for stock visibility without opening up. Gross weight is 112 kg, and it runs from a standard 13A single-phase supply.
