Why this double door saladette fridge earns its place
The 7950.5058 is a two-door refrigerated saladette built for made-to-order assembly. A chilled top well holds five 1/6 gastronorm containers of toppings, with a 240-litre refrigerated cabinet below for backup stock, so a prep section can build orders without leaving the station. The whole unit is stainless steel 18/8 with 35mm insulation and automatic defrost, holding a steady +2 to +8 °C.
In use, toppings sit chilled in the GN well while the two doors below keep the rest of your prep cold and to hand. Staff assemble straight from the rail, which keeps salad, sandwich and garnish work fast and consistent through service. At 900mm wide and 700mm deep, it's sized to tuck into a standard counter run, and at 80kg it's manageable to deliver through a tight kitchen doorway.
The unit runs on 230V at just 0.17kW, so running cost is low for the capacity it carries. It is a freestanding counter designed to sit in a run of kitchen units. Plan for level floor space and clear delivery access. The full gastronorm layout, dimensions and electrical spec are listed in the table on this page, and Craven Cooling can advise on siting.
