Why this double door saladette fridge earns its place
This is a refrigerated saladette: a two-door counter with a chilled well across the top that holds seven 1/3 gastronorm containers, so garnishes, toppings and fillings sit cold and ready right where dishes are built. The unit is 1,400 mm wide and holds 178 litres across the top well and two-door cabinet below.
The well keeps opened containers chilled between −2 and +8 °C through service, while the two doors below give refrigerated storage for trays and back-up stock. It puts prep ingredients and cold storage into one working counter, and runs on just 3 kW, making it economical to operate through a shift.
