Why this double door saladette fridge earns its place
The Ecofrost 7950.5190 is a two-door saladette: a refrigerated prep counter with a chilled top well sized for gastronorm containers and a refrigerated cabinet underneath. It keeps garnishes, fillings and toppings to hand at the line while a shift's backup stock stays cold in the doors below.
In daily service the well keeps opened containers chilled through long prep sessions, and the enclosed cabinet doubles as cold storage so staff restock without walking to the walk-in. The doored section keeps the refrigerated cabinet sealed between grabs. The saladette holds 282 litres total, built from stainless steel 18/8 with 60 mm insulation, and fits a standard 230 V supply, drawing 0.32 kW during operation.
