Why this double door saladette fridge earns its place
The BSV77-HC is a double hinged-door gastronorm saladette built for made-to-order prep. Refrigerated storage sits under the counter behind two hinged doors, and an integrated cutting board gives a dedicated surface to chop and assemble on without a separate chopping station.
Day to day it runs quietly and unattended: measured at 55 dB, it is suited to open and semi-open kitchens where noise carries, and automatic defrost clears the evaporator on its own cycle. The Climate Class 4 rating means it is designed to hold temperature in warm kitchen conditions, and it uses R290, a low-GWP hydrocarbon refrigerant.
For installation, the footprint is 1080 mm wide and 700 mm deep, and at 905 mm high it sits at working-counter height. At 106 kg, plan the 1080 mm width plus door swing and the delivery route before positioning.
