Why this double door saladette fridge earns its place
The INFRICO ME1000BAN is a compact double-door refrigerated saladette, built for kitchens that prep salads, sandwiches and cold toppings straight off the top of the fridge they're stored in. At 978 x 700 x 890 mm (W×D×H) it pairs 230 litres gross of below-counter storage, split across two doors with a GN1/1 shelf and three pairs of tray slides each, with a gastronorm well on top covered by a hinged stainless steel lid when not in service. A polypropylene cutting board sits ready for prep, and the well accepts standard GN1/3 containers — supplied separately — for chilled toppings within reach.
Cooling is ventilated and defrost automatic, run through a digital controller with a temperature display, so there's no manual defrost cycle to schedule around service. Climate Class 4 rates it for a normal working kitchen environment. The compressor and refrigerant system run on R290, a natural hydrocarbon refrigerant with negligible global warming potential.
Build is high-grade AISI 304 stainless steel, exterior and interior, with rounded internal corners for cleaning to HACCP standard. Both doors carry a replaceable gasket, and a glass door option with LED lighting is available if you'd rather see stock without opening up. Gross weight is 108 kg, and it runs from a standard 13A single-phase supply.
