Why this double door saladette fridge earns its place
The 7950.0410 is a two-door refrigerated saladette counter fitted with a glass cover, sized for kitchens where space matters. It keeps prepped ingredients chilled at the top of the 1360mm working surface and stocks 314 litres of backup in the cabinet below, so salad, garnish and topping components stay to hand during service.
In use, the glass cover keeps the topping pans chilled and protected at +2 to +8 °C while the line portions from them, and the two doors below hold back-up stock. The unit is compact at 1360mm wide and 700mm deep, runs quietly at 42 dB(A), and holds temperature through service with 60mm insulation and ventilated cooling.
