Why this double door saladette fridge earns its place
The 7950.0422 is a two-door refrigerated saladette built for made-to-order assembly. A glass-covered top well holds gastronorm containers (three 1/1 GN plus three 1/6 GN spaces) of chilled toppings at +2 to +8 °C, with a refrigerated cabinet below holding 314 litres of backup stock, so a section can build orders without leaving the station. The internal well spans 795 mm with a stainless steel 18/8 build and 60 mm insulation, keeping ingredients cold and visible through service.
In use, toppings sit chilled in the GN well under the glass cover while the two doors below keep the rest of your prep cold and to hand. Staff assemble straight from the rail, which keeps salad, sandwich and garnish work fast and consistent through service. The unit runs on standard 230V mains and maintains quiet operation at 42 dB(A), so it fits seamlessly into a busy station.
It is a freestanding counter 1360 mm wide and 1365 mm high, designed to sit in a run of kitchen units with 700 mm depth and 120 kg weight. The worktop dimensions in front of the glass panel are 1446 mm × 218 mm. Plan for level floor space and clear delivery access on site. The full gastronorm layout, dimensions and electrical spec are listed in the table on this page, and Craven Cooling can advise on siting.
