Why this prep counter earns its place
The TW15-S3 is a refrigerated preparation well — a chilled top section that holds seven 1/3 gastronorm pans right where food is assembled. Built for busier lines, it keeps a wider run of toppings, garnishes and prep components at +4 to +8 °C, so a cook builds pizzas, salads or sandwiches without reaching back to a fridge between orders.
Sitting at the front of the make line, it runs at chilled prep temperature through service with R134a cooling. At 1510 mm wide, 385 mm deep and 241 mm high, it's a long, shallow footprint that fits tight across the front of a busy counter. You can arrange seven pans in a single line for high-visibility, low-reach access.
As a self-contained well it drops into a counter or prep station rather than needing its own run. The unit weighs 37 kg and draws 220 W, so electrical siting is straightforward. Check the external dimensions against the gap and worktop it is going into before you order — the shallow depth is a real advantage in a tight kitchen.
