Why this prep counter earns its place
The Williams TW18-S3 (DP482) is a refrigerated preparation well — a long, chilled top unit running 1,862 mm across the counter that keeps nine 1/3 gastronorm prep pans cold at the point of assembly. It's built for the make line, holding toppings and garnishes ready to build to order without trips to the fridge. The pans sit in a safe +4 to +8 °C cold band, cooler than a storage fridge but warm enough for active prep work.
The well keeps the pans in working temperature through service, with a stainless steel lid to cover off between rushes and help hold the cold when the section isn't in active use. The entire unit is stainless steel, designed to sit flush within an existing counter run. It works as the chilled prep surface for a pizza, salad or sandwich section rather than as a standalone cabinet.
As a drop-in or countertop well it fits into a prep station where space is planned for it. It weighs 44 kg and sits 385 mm deep, 241 mm high. Leave access to the refrigeration side for airflow and servicing. Pan configuration, electrical details and full dimensions are in the spec panel above.
