Why this glass topping unit earns its place
This is a refrigerated counter-top topping unit, designed to sit on an existing worktop or service line rather than stand on the floor. A run of ten 1/3 GN containers sits in a chilled well behind a glass guard, keeping prepared toppings, garnishes and sauces cold and on show at +4 to +10 °C where they are used. The whole unit is just 2100 mm long and 460 mm high — a shallow, worktop-friendly format that adds chilled holding without floor space.
In service it holds dressings and prepared items cold at the point of assembly through a long shift while staff work from the front. The glass guard keeps items covered and presentable, and the GN containers lift out for refilling and cleaning. Static cooling means no fan noise at the pass, and automatic defrost keeps the well clear.
As a counter-top format it needs a stable, level surface and a nearby electrical supply rather than a full install. At 108 kg it is light enough to move if siting changes, and it is built to sit along the front of a service line — so plan the 2100 mm run you have.
