Why this glass topping unit earns its place
The TOP1500CR is Blizzard's largest glass canopy prep top, a 1.5m static-cooled base built to sit on top of a counter fridge and display a full range of chilled toppings behind glass. At 1500 x 395 x 439mm it takes the wider GN1/3 container size across the longest run in the glass canopy range.
It's sized for GN1/3 containers up to 150mm deep (sold separately), cooled by a static system and controlled through a Dixell digital controller. Running cost is 110 kWh/year, with a climate class 4 rating, and it sits at 46dB.
Build is stainless steel exterior and interior with a glass canopy structure, running on R600a refrigerant with manual defrost. It plugs into a standard 13amp supply and operates from a simple on/off switch, with low profile branding. At 72kg it's the heaviest unit in the glass canopy family, reflecting its longer 1.5m footprint.
